Because we offer both digital products and physical books, please review our policy below before making a purchase.

Digital Products (Ebooks)

All ebook and digital product sales are final.

Due to the instant access and downloadable nature of digital products, we do not offer refunds, returns, or exchanges on ebooks once the purchase has been completed.

If you experience an issue accessing or downloading your ebook, please contact us and we will gladly assist you.

Physical Books

We want you to love your purchase.

Physical books may be eligible for a return or replacement if:

  • your item arrives damaged

  • you receive the wrong item

  • your order is missing items

To request assistance, please contact us within 7 days of delivery and include:

  • your order number

  • a description of the issue

  • photos of damaged items (if applicable)

If your return is approved, the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.

Shipping Information

Please ensure that your shipping address is entered correctly at checkout.

We are not responsible for orders shipped to incorrect or incomplete/partial addresses provided by the customer at the time of purchase.

If a package is returned due to an incorrect or incomplete/partial address, additional shipping will apply to resend the order. The additional shipping cost will need to be paid by the customer before order is reshipped.

Non-Returnable Items

We do not accept returns or offer refunds for:

  • used or worn books

  • accidental orders

  • minor printing variations

  • digital products or ebooks

  • Understand the customer is responsible for return shipping costs unless otherwise stated.
