The Lies You Believe Are Shaping Your Identity.

As women, we often carry silent beliefs that shape how we see ourselves. Subconsciously Me confronts those hidden thoughts with Scripture—exposing the lie and restoring your identity in Christ.

The Heart Behind Subconsciously Me

For years, I carried thoughts I didn’t even realize were shaping how I saw myself. Quiet beliefs. Subtle insecurities. Narratives formed by experience, fear, and comparison.

On the outside, I was functioning. But internally, my identity was being shaped by thoughts that were never rooted in God’s truth.

When I began intentionally confronting those thoughts with Scripture, something shifted. I realized that transformation doesn’t begin with behavior — it begins with belief.

Subconsciously Me was born from that realization. It is a Scripture-based companion designed to help women expose the lies shaping their identity and replace them with truth.

My prayer is that every woman who reads these pages walks away more grounded in who God says she is — not who fear, failure, or past wounds have told her to be.

Why This Book Matters

Many women carry silent beliefs that quietly shape how they see themselves — beliefs about worth, identity, beauty, strength, and belonging. Subconsciously Me brings those hidden thoughts into the light and replaces them with biblical truth.

The thoughts you repeat internally become the identity you live externally.

In Subconsciously Me, you’ll walk through a transformative process designed to uncover hidden beliefs, renew your thinking, and realign your identity with biblical truth.
